Digital Transformation Communications Partner
Job description
37.5 hours per week
Fixed-term until the end of March 2020
Office location: Reading
We are looking for a creative and engaging Digital Transformation Communications Partner with significant experience to provide a comprehensive communications service to support Stonewater's digital journey.

We manage around 32,000 homes, serving 65,000 customers across our portfolio of affordable properties for general rent, and shared ownership and sale, as well as specialist accommodation, and an ambitious house-building programme.
The role:
Responsible for developing, leading and managing communications around Stonewater's digital programme - initiating, producing and implementing specific communication plans both internally and externally.
Proactively develop and execute consistent communications to promote engagement and understanding.
Contribute to the strategic direction of the digital programme through expert advice and counsel.
Identify and communicate key wins and milestones to amplify progress to the organisation.
Provide monthly summary reports.
Work closely with key stakeholders and senior executives.
The ideal candidate:
Educated to degree level or have significant demonstrable experience in managing communications for change programmes.
Significant communications experience within a corporate environment.
Able to identify and communicate a strong narrative which blends people, process and technology.
Experience and knowledge of the digital environment as well as change management principles and tools.
An understanding of delivering excellent customer service in a complex organisation with both social and commercial activities.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to build strong working relationships and influence.
A full driving license valid in the UK.
Appointment to this role will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check, satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
